Focusing on research works relevant to the fields of architecture and planning, the Journal of Research in Architecture and Planning (JRAP) explores issues of relevance to both scholars and practitioners. JRAP was initiated in 2000 and is a peer reviewed journal published biannually since 2011. Every year one volume is planned on general topics and the other volume is a compilation of paper presented at the Conference of Urban and Regional Planning hosted by the Department of Architecture and Planning at NED UET. Contributions to the journal on general topics are accepted any time of the year and incorporated in coming issue after going through a peer review process. JRAP holds the privilege of being the first, and perhaps the only peer reviewed journal in the discipline of architecture and planning, published from Pakistan.

Journal of ART, ARCHITECTURE AND BUILT ENVIRONMENT (JAABE) aims to present the advanced and innovative research on all major and minor issues of art, architecture, urban design and planning. The Journal welcomes scholarly publication from all above mentioned fields while encouraging new ideas and advanced perspectives on existing architecture research and promising deep-exploration approach for creating responsive environments. The Journal scrutinize the research articles by double blind peer reviewed process as per HEC policy (International and National). JAABE is a multidisciplinary Journal that will create a knowledge hub for Academicians, Researchers, students and professionals for research and practical applications. The Journal Objective is to publish original research work, however; review papers, and technical reports can also be included on recommendations of Advisory Board.

The Pakistan Journal of History and Culture is amongst the most widely read research journals in Pakistan. It is being regularly published biannually since 1980 with some special issues on Quaid-i-Azam, Fatima Jinnah and the All-India Muslim League. The Institute has devised a clear policy for the publication of different articles in its journals. As it is evident from the name of the Institute, articles submitted should contain elements relating to the history and culture of Pakistan. In addition, the journal has been publishing articles related to South Asia, Central Asia and other Muslim societies corresponding to the issues related to Pakistan.
