Journal of the Pakistan Institute of Chemical Engineers (JPIChE) is the publication of the Pakistan Institute of Chemical Engineers (PIChE). The journal has been approved by HEC in Y-category. The Journal publishes articles covering wide range of fields of chemical and process engineering.

Journal of the Chemical Society of Pakistan was launched in 1978. This journal covers different research areas in the field of Chemistry. These include; Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry. The journal publishes full length articles and Reviews from researchers in academia in addition to featuring comments. Chemical Research presents short, concise and critical articles offering easy-to-read overviews of basic research and applications in all areas of chemistry. Our mission is to develop the highest quality knowledge-based services for the academic, scientific, professional, research and student communities worldwide.

Pakistan Journal of Analytical & Environmental Chemistry is biannual publication by National Centre of Excellence in Analytical Chemistry, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. Journal covers fields of pure and applied analytical chemistry, comprising environmental, material, agricultural chemistry, geochemistry, food chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences, development and modification of instruments and techniques with potentials in environmental sciences. The Journal started publishing in year 2000 with the title, 'Pakistan Journal of Analytical Chemistry', later title was changed to its current in year 2006.

RADS Journal of Biological Research and Applied Sciences, welcome original research articles, reviews, short communications in the field of biological, medical and health sciences for publications. The mission of this biannual JBAS (two issues per year) journal is to provide a forum for publishing new findings on scientific issues pertinent to biological sciences.

Pakistan Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (PJPS) is a peer reviewed multi-disciplinary pharmaceutical sciences journal. The PJPS had its origin in 1988 from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Karachi as a biannual journal, frequency converted as quarterly in 2005, and now PJPS is being published as bi-monthly from January 2013. PJPS covers Biological, Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Research (Drug Delivery, Pharmacy Management, Molecular Biology, Biochemical, Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Phytochemical, Bio-analytical, Therapeutics, Biotechnology and research on nano particles.
