Pakistan Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (PJBMB) founded by the Pakistan Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (PSBMB). PJBMB is Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized and indexed peer review journal which publishes high quality original research in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Cell Biology and related areas. The journal also publishes short reviews and papers solicited by the editorial board. A manuscript submitted for publication implies that the work described has not been published before (except as an abstract or a published lecture, review or thesis). At the time of its submission to PJBMB it should neither be under consideration for publication elsewhere nor will it be reproduced after its publication in any other journal. Any co-authors must have agreed with the contents of the publication including the institution where the work was carried out. All authors should have agreed to automatic transfer of copyright to the Editor-in-Chief.

The Journal of Animal and Plant Sciences (JAPS) is published on a quarterly basis and has been published regularly since 1991 by the Pakistan Agricultural Scientists Forum (PAS FORUM). It publishes original research papers, reviews, and extension/clinical articles on all aspects of animal (including fisheries/wildlife) and plant sciences, agricultural economics, rural sociology and other related subjects.

The Pakistan Journal of Agricultural Sciences is an international journal published on a quarterly basis by the Pakistan Association of Advancement in Agricultural Sciences. PAKJAS promotes scientific knowledge regarding all basic and allied sciences of agriculture like agronomy, soil science, plant breeding and genetics, plant pathology, entomology, agricultural engineering, food sciences, animal sciences and basic sciences. 

Pakistan Veterinary Journal is published on a quarterly basis by the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. It publishes original research manuscripts and review articles about the health and diseases of animals covering their various aspects like pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, parasitology and its treatment. 

International Journal of Agriculture and Biology is published on a monthly basis by Friends Science Publishers. It publishes peer-reviewed papers on all aspects of agriculture and biology. The priority areas include life sciences, agricultural chemistry, genetic engineering, biotechnology and bioinformatics, environmental sciences (papers related to life sciences only), medicine and health sciences, and agricultural engineering.

The Journal Soil & Environment (SE) is a biannual journal devoted to the advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge concerning all fields of soil and environmental sciences like soil fertility, soil chemistry etc. SE is published and distributed by the Soil Science Society of Pakistan (SSSP). It remains an open access journal.

Pakistan Entomologist (PE) is a biannual, peer-reviewed, open access journal published by the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. PE is an international journal which covers the fields of general, experimental, systematic and applied entomology.

Pakistan Journal of Agricultural Research is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published on a quarterly basis by the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), Islamabad. It’s the oldest national journal in the field of agriculture and it publishes most recent, cutting-edge and informative research and reviews in agricultural sciences.

Asian Journal of Agriculture and Biology (AJAB) is an online, open access, peer-reviewed journal published on a quarterly basis by the Life Sciences Society. It publishes original research articles, short communications and review articles on environmental, plant and animal sciences.
