  What is Database?

 Databases are a good search tool when you begin research. They contain a variety of sources such as articles, conference proceedings, newspapers, charts, reports and reviews.  

 

 

JSTOR (Campus Wide)
 JSTOR offers a high-quality, interdisciplinary archive to support scholarship and teaching. It includes archives of over 1000 leading core scholarly journals covering Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Language, Law, Religion, Philosophy, Anthropology, History, Geography, Biological Sciences, Political Sciences and Education, as well as selected monographs and other valuable materials. The entire corpus is full-text searchable. Key Features of JSTOR are: 1. More than 1,000 journal titles, 2. More than 4,000 participants, 3. More than 4 million articles, 4. More than 21 million pages, 5. Starts from volume 1 of each journal, 6. Issues scanned cover to cover.

Annual Reviews (Campus Wide)

 Since 1932, Annual Reviews has offered comprehensive, timely collections of critical reviews written by leading scientists. Annual Reviews volumes are published each year for 46 focused disciplines within the Biomedical, Life, Physical, and Social Sciences including Economics.

 Each year, Annual Reviews critically reviews the most significant primary research literature to guide researchers to the principal contributions of their field and help them keep up to date in their area of research. Each article is its own search engine, providing a gateway to the essential primary research literature referenced within each topic.
